David Walker Hayes

David Walker Hayes attended the University of Nevada, 1896-1900. He was a resident of Lincoln Hall, and was active in various student societies (including the local fraternity, T.H.P.O.) and activities, athletics, and cadet corps. Upon graduation, he married a fellow graduate, Ida May Holmes.

This collection contains University memorabilia including room and board receipts, athletic and social programs, a military epaulet and chevrons, and photographs. Also included is a copy of a letter to Hayes from Robert M. Brambila, while Brambila was stationed in the Philippine Islands, June 8, 1899.

The materials are not arranged, but a folder listing is available.
