Norman Biltz, 1902-1973, was a developer and real estate broker in the Lake Tahoe and western Nevada regions and was also involved in Nevada politics. The collection contains materials related to Biltz' career and interests in land development and politics. Most of the clippings and manuscripts are about Biltz and associates.
