SCOPE AND CONTENT
The Pat Hardy Lewis Papers, 1973-1980, were donated by Pat Hardy Lewis in 1980. The collection consists of three boxes of records and materials. There are no restrictions on the use of the collection.
These records were created by Ms. Lewis in her years as a city councilman. They include correspondence from Ms. Lewis to other municipalities around the country to aid in her decision-making and this is reflected in the collection.
The papers have been maintained in Ms. Lewis' original order. Included are newspaper clippings, inter-office memos, reports and correspondence, plus Ms. Lewis' own notes on the different subjects. Published materials were removed and incorporated into the Special Collections book stacks.
