• PsycINFO 
  indexes the international literature of psychology, including articles, book chapters, book reviews, conference proceedings, and dissertations.
• PsycARTICLES
  Full text articles from APA journals and selected EPF (Educational Publishing Foundation) journals, most from 1988 to the present.
• Sociological Abstracts
  Indexes the international literature of sociology and related behavioral sciences from over 1,700 journals, books and book chapters, dissertations and proceedings. Since 2001, many records include references cited.
• Social Services Abstracts
  Index and abstracts on social work, human services, and related areas, including social welfare and community development. 1980 - present.
• Social Work Abstracts Plus
  Information about articles on social work and human services from more than 450 journals in all areas of the profession. Includes The Register of Clinical Social Workers.
• Gender Watch
  Full text collection of articles covering women's and gender topics.
• Academic Search Premier (EBSCOhost)

  ProQuest's Digital Dissertations allows access to the text of digitized dissertations from UNR at no cost. Dissertations from other institutions can be purchased and downloaded. 1861 - present. Dissertation abstracts available 1980- present; Master's theses abstracts, 1988- present.
• SAGE Full Text Collections
  Search one or any combination of peer-reviewed journal collections in communication studies, criminology, education, politics and international relations, psychology, and sociology. Full-text access to 75 journals. Coverage varies, with some titles going back to 1982.
• Many indexes and databases have direct links to full-text articles, but some do not. The majority of our databases include buttons that lead to a menu of access options for articles and books.
• If you need to locate a specific article try our Citation Finder. If that doesn't work for you, look up the journal title (not the article title) in the library catalog or Quick Search for Titles. If UNR does not have access to the journal, request an Interlibrary Loan. Journal articles are now delivered on the Web whenever possible!
